Eating Healthy While Eating Out

I absolutely adore eating out. Not only do I get out of the chore of cooking, but I also manage to avoid the cleanup afterwards too! Taste-testing international cuisine is a personal favourite hobby of mine, but unfortunately, my pants are starting to feel a bit snug. So now I have a new passion, which is choosing healthy foods while still enjoying eating out! My blog is all about the best food choices to make when you are not dining at home. There is no need to avoid going out to eat at restaurants, you just need to make better food choices while you are there.
